How It Works

Once you place your order online, our team will process it and dispatch it via our delivery partners. You are only required to pay for your purchase when the package is physically delivered to your doorstep.

Accepted Currencies

We accept payments in both US Dollars (USD) and Lebanese Pounds (LBP). For payments made in LBP, the total amount will be calculated based on the market exchange rate at the time of delivery.

Guidelines for Delivery

• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to facilitate a smooth transaction.
• Delivery personnel are not authorized to leave packages without receiving the full payment.
• Upon payment, you will receive your official invoice and warranty documents (where applicable).

Important Note: For high-value items or large appliances, Zeitouny Home reserves the right to contact the customer for order verification before dispatch. Refusal of delivery without a valid reason may affect your eligibility for future COD orders.
