Everything you need to know about shopping with Zeitouny Home

1. Ordering & Payments

At Zeitouny Home, we aim to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. You can place an order by adding items to your cart and proceeding through our secure checkout.

• Accepted Payments: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Cash on Delivery (in select regions), and digital wallets.
• Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated email with your order number and receipt.
• Changes/Cancellations: If you need to modify an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is "Processing," changes cannot be guaranteed.

2. Shipping & Tracking

We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your Zeitouny Home products arrive safely.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak holiday seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can also track your status directly on our "Track Order" page using your Order ID.

3. Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase from Zeitouny Home, we are here to help.

• Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal care products or final sale items) cannot be returned.
• Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Warranty & Repairs

Many products sold by Zeitouny Home come with a manufacturer’s warranty. This covers functional defects but does not cover accidental damage, liquid spills, or unauthorized repairs.

To claim a warranty, please keep your original invoice and contact our service department for a professional assessment.
