To qualify for a money-back refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The request must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
• The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and gifts included.
• You must provide the original Zeitouny Home tax invoice as proof of purchase.

If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, Zeitouny Home will provide a full refund or exchange at no additional cost, provided the defect is verified by our technical team within the initial 48-hour inspection period.

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it:

• We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as Store Credit or via Cash Refund at our main branch.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).

Please note that for health and safety reasons, personal care items, headphones, and software/digital codes are not eligible for the money-back guarantee once the seal is broken.
